From marble contracting to full-scope construction.
Sharcon India was founded in 1989 by Mr. Ramakant Sharma as a tiles and marble contractor. It has since grown into a full-scope construction partner, with in-house capability spanning conventional and Mivan RCC structures, premium finishing, material procurement and project management.
The business has grown alongside its clients. Long-standing relationships with developers, architects, project management consultants and suppliers underpin a portfolio of landmark residential, commercial, township and villa developments across Pune.

More than 17 years of experience in execution, finishing, procurement and project management of premium residential, commercial, township and villa developments across Pune. Joined Sharcon in 2010 on Leon Orbit, Rahatani, and has built a strong network of developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors and suppliers.
